2021 Jamboree: A Unique City Park For Children
2021 Jamboree is the most exciting and popular Indian Creek Park located in Hyderabad. It is located on the Bandra highway about 15 km from the city center. The park consists of a scenic jogging track, picnic area and two basketball courts. People from all over India and many other parts of the world visit this park every year to run or jog the highly enjoyable Jamboree Run. The runners and joggers came here for enjoyment and excitement.
The park is open daily and has many experienced volunteers who keep the park clean and well maintained. All kind of equipment is available in the park including water, food, refreshments etc. You can choose to run or jog either on the roads or on the tracks which are available at the park. There are various routes and maps to suit your needs and speed.
The journey to the park takes about an hour and half. You can either start from the Deccan Gymkhana or anywhere in the vicinity of the gym. There is also a guest house opposite the park where one can stay for the night. The hotel is fully furnished with modern appliances and facilities. The best time to visit this place is from mid June to mid September when the rains die down. But be sure to check the weather forecasts before running for jogging in these months. After your jog, you will find that the children have managed to become quite competent at balancing the books on their backs. One trick is for them to try to remove the weight from their backpacks while you carry theirs. As you are passing some playgrounds, the children will love to tag along with you. Some of them may even start running and if you wish to continue your jog, you can take them along. This is one exciting way to spend a Sunday morning.
